I’ve got a snippet to share today — just because. It made me laugh, at least.
I’ll also send out the invite for the Arcana Zoom this Saturday, along with some Gaylaxicon topics we’ll be discussing (including the first teasers for Tarot VI, The Dragons Rise).
I’ve spent a lot of time discussing crowdfunding over the last six months. The big ideas — such as polishing the Omnibus — may need to wait until the Spring or Summer, so as not to step on existing contracts. (Audible is interested in the Omnibus, though! I’d love for Josh Hurley to read the Sunken Mall…..) What I’ve settled on is something much smaller: a silent auction of momentos, critique and editorial services, one-on-one Zooms, some merchandise, cameo characters, an unpublished Tarot story, and other Tarot-related services or merchandise. The money I raise will help keep me alive for the next 12 months as I make the transition to full-time writer and have new stories to sell. (I’ll also be tithing a portion to a charity like The Trevor Project.)
And my plans for adding fresh, full-story content to this platform continue! The snippet today is a wink toward that.
